No Return Policy on Opened Products

•   Once the product is delivered and the seal is opened, it is non-returnable.
•   This is due to health and safety concerns associated with consumable products like our effervescent tablets and gummies.

Returns on Sealed Products

•   If you change your mind, you may return the product only if it is unopened and sealed.
•   Return requests must be made within 24-36 hours of delivery.
•   The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Wrong Product Delivered

•   If you receive an incorrect product, we will accept the return.
•   A video proof is required to initiate the return process.
•   Our team will verify the video and the issue, which will take 3-5 working days.
•   Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.

Refund Process

•   Upon approval, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
•   Return shipping charges will be deducted if the customer is found at fault.
•   The refund will be completed within 3-5 working days after approval.
